حذف حسابك في كابسو لايف
يمكنك حذف حسابك في «كابسو لايف» (Kabso Live) وكل بياناتك الشخصية في أي وقت، بإحدى طريقتين.
الطريقة ١: من التطبيق
- افتح التطبيق وسجّل الدخول.
- اذهب إلى الإعدادات › الحساب › حذف الحساب.
- اقرأ ما سيُحذف وما يُحتفظ به، ثم أدخل كلمة المرور واكتب كلمة التأكيد «حذف».
- يُخفى حسابك فوراً ويُسجَّل خروجك من كل الأجهزة، وتصلك رسالة بالبريد.
الطريقة ٢: بالبريد الإلكتروني (إن لم تستطع استخدام التطبيق)
راسلنا على info@kabsolive.com من البريد المسجّل في حسابك واكتب «طلب حذف الحساب» واسم المستخدم. سنرد لنتأكد أن الحساب لك، ثم نبدأ الحذف بالقواعد نفسها. لا نطلب كلمة مرورك أبداً.
مهلة ٣٠ يوماً
لديك ٣٠ يوماً للتراجع: سجّل الدخول خلالها واختر «إلغاء الحذف» فيعود حسابك كما كان. بعد انتهاء المهلة يُحذف الحساب نهائياً ولا يمكن استرجاعه.
ما يُحذف
- البريد الإلكتروني وكلمة المرور والملف الشخصي والصورة والروابط.
- المنشورات والريلز والقصص والتعليقات والرسائل والمتابعات والحظر.
- الجلسات والأجهزة وبيانات التحقق من الهوية (طلبات وكيل الشحن) وملفات «تنزيل بياناتي».
ما يُحتفظ به (دون ما يعرّف بك)
- سجلات المعاملات المالية والهدايا والسحوبات وسجل التدقيق (بعد حذف عناوين IP) مدة ٧ سنوات لأغراض القانون والمحاسبة ومكافحة الاحتيال، ثم تُحذف أو تُجعل مجهولة تماماً.
- المحتوى الذي عليه بلاغ مفتوح أو تم اتخاذ إجراء بشأنه: مخفي عن الجميع ٩٠ يوماً كحجز قانوني، ثم يُحذف تلقائياً.
- يبقى اسم المستخدم محجوزاً ٩٠ يوماً لمنع انتحال الشخصية.
رصيد العملات والكرز لا يُسترد. قبل الحذف يمكنك تنزيل نسخة من بياناتك: الإعدادات › الخصوصية › «تنزيل بياناتي». التفاصيل في سياسة الخصوصية.
Delete your Kabso Live account
You can delete your Kabso Live account and all your personal data at any time, in one of two ways.
Option 1: in the app
- Open the app and sign in.
- Go to Settings › Account › Delete account.
- Read what is deleted and what is kept, enter your password and type the confirmation word “DELETE”.
- Your account is hidden at once, you are signed out on every device, and you get an email.
Option 2: by email (if you cannot use the app)
Write to info@kabsolive.com from the email address of your account with “Account deletion request” and your username. We reply to confirm the account is yours, then start the deletion under the same rules. We will never ask for your password.
30 days to change your mind
You have 30 days to cancel: sign in during that time and choose “Cancel deletion” and your account is back as it was. After that the account is deleted for good and cannot be restored.
What is deleted
- Your email, password, profile, photo and links.
- Your posts, reels, stories, comments, messages, follows and blocks.
- Your sessions and devices, identity-verification data (recharge-agent applications) and “Download my data” files.
What is kept (without anything that identifies you)
- Records of payments, gifts, withdrawals and the audit log (with IP addresses removed) for 7 years, as law, accounting and fraud prevention require; then deleted or made fully anonymous.
- Content with an open or actioned report: hidden from everyone for 90 days as a legal hold, then deleted automatically.
- Your username stays reserved for 90 days to prevent impersonation.
Coin and cherry balances are not refunded. Before deleting, you can download a copy of your data: Settings › Privacy › “Download my data”. Details in our Privacy Policy.
