هذه الشروط اتفاق بينك وبين Kigofi LLC (30 N Gould St #7354, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA)، مشغّلة تطبيق «كابسو لايف» وموقع kabsolive.com («الخدمة»). باستخدامك الخدمة توافق عليها وعلى سياسة الخصوصية.
١. الأهلية والحساب
- يجب أن يكون عمرك 18 عاماً على الأقل.
- حساب واحد لكل شخص، ببيانات صحيحة. أنت مسؤول عن سرية كلمة المرور وعن كل ما يحدث في حسابك.
- لا يجوز بيع الحساب أو اسم المستخدم أو نقله أو تأجيره.
٢. الخدمة
تتيح الخدمة البث المباشر بالصوت والصورة، والمنشورات والريلز والقصص، والرسائل المباشرة، والهدايا، والعائلات، ومساحة الثنائي، والمستويات والمهام والفعاليات. قد نضيف ميزات أو نغيّرها أو نوقفها، وبعضها تجريبي.
٣. محتواك
يبقى محتواك ملكاً لك. وتمنحنا ترخيصاً عالمياً غير حصري وبلا مقابل لاستضافته وعرضه ونسخه ونشره داخل الخدمة وللترويج لها، طوال مدة بقائه فيها. أنت تضمن أن لك الحق في كل ما تنشره.
٤. المحتوى والسلوك الممنوع
- أي محتوى جنسي أو عُري، وبشكل مطلق أي محتوى يستغل القاصرين أو يعرّضهم للخطر — نحذفه فوراً ونبلغ الجهات المختصة.
- العنف الصادم، الإرهاب أو تمجيده، الأسلحة والمخدرات وبيعها.
- خطاب الكراهية، التحرش، التنمّر، التهديد، أو تشجيع إيذاء النفس.
- انتحال الشخصية، الاحتيال، الرسائل المزعجة، وعروض الربح السريع أو القمار.
- نشر معلومات خاصة عن الآخرين دون إذنهم، أو انتهاك حقوق الملكية الفكرية.
- بيع العملات أو الحسابات أو الأسماء المميزة أو شراؤها خارج القنوات الرسمية.
- التحايل على الأنظمة: البرامج الضارة، جمع البيانات آلياً، تجاوز حدود الاستخدام، أو استغلال الأخطاء.
٥. الإشراف
يمكنك الإبلاغ عن أي محتوى أو شخص، ويراجع فريقنا البلاغات. يجوز لنا حذف المحتوى، والكتم، والطرد من البث، وتقييد الميزات، وإيقاف الحساب مؤقتاً أو نهائياً عند مخالفة هذه الشروط أو القانون.
٦. العملات والعناصر الافتراضية
- العملات والهدايا وعناصر الحقيبة والإطارات والأسماء المميزة هي ترخيص محدود قابل للإلغاء لاستخدام ميزات داخل الخدمة فقط. ليست نقوداً ولا عملة قانونية ولا تمثل قيمة مالية أو ملكية، ولا يمكن استبدالها بالمال.
- كل الشحنات نهائية وغير قابلة للاسترداد، إلا حيث يوجب القانون غير ذلك. الهدية بعد إرسالها نهائية.
- نتيجة «هدايا الحظ» عشوائية، وتتطلب تأكيد أن عمرك 18 عاماً أو أكثر، ولا قيمة نقدية لها.
- قد تتغير الأسعار والعناصر المتاحة. لا يجوز نقل العملات إلا بالطرق التي تتيحها الخدمة.
٧. الشراء
اشحن فقط عبر القنوات الرسمية: وكلاء الشحن المعتمدون داخل التطبيق، والشحن من الموقع أو المتاجر عند توفرهما. الشراء من أي طرف آخر على مسؤوليتك، ويجوز لنا إلغاء عملات مصدرها غير مشروع.
٨. الاسترجاع البنكي والاحتيال
إذا أُلغي دفع أو استُرجع (chargeback) أو تبيّن أنه احتيال، يجوز لنا سحب العملات المرتبطة به وكل ما حُصل عليه بها، وعكس الهدايا والأرباح الناتجة عنها، وتجميد الرصيد، وإيقاف الحسابات المعنية، والمطالبة بالمبالغ المستحقة.
٩. المضيفون والكرز والسحب
- الهدايا التي يستلمها المضيف تُسجَّل «كرزاً» وفق النسب المعلنة في التطبيق. الكرز سجل لأرباح محتملة وليس مالاً إلى أن يُعتمد السحب ويُدفع.
- الحد الأدنى للسحب وسعر التحويل والمواعيد معلنة في التطبيق، وقد نطلب التحقق من الهوية. يجوز لنا تعليق السحب أو رفضه أو عكسه عند الاحتيال أو الاسترجاع البنكي أو المخالفة.
- قد تبقى مكافآت المهام من الكرز مقفلة حتى تتحقق الشروط المعلنة. الضرائب على أرباحك مسؤوليتك.
- الوكالات وعمولاتها ورتبها تخضع للقواعد المعروضة في التطبيق.
١٠. وكلاء الشحن
- وكيل الشحن طرف مستقل، وليس موظفاً لدينا ولا ممثلاً عنا.
- يُقبل الوكيل بعد طلب وتحقق من الهوية، ويشتري العملات بأسعار الجملة المعلنة، ويبيعها وفق القواعد، ويلتزم بقوانين بلده.
- يُمنع تضليل المشترين أو البيع خارج التطبيق باسمنا. يجوز لنا إيقاف الوكيل أو إنهاء وكالته. رمز الوكيل واسمه المميز يبقيان لنا.
١١. إنهاء الاستخدام
يمكنك التوقف عن استخدام الخدمة وطلب حذف حسابك في أي وقت. يجوز لنا إيقاف حسابك أو إنهاؤه عند المخالفة أو الاحتيال أو لسبب قانوني. عند الإنهاء بسبب مخالفة قد تسقط العملات والعناصر والأرباح غير المدفوعة، في حدود ما يسمح به القانون.
١٢. إخلاء المسؤولية
تُقدَّم الخدمة «كما هي». في حدود ما يسمح به القانون لا نتحمل المسؤولية عن الأضرار غير المباشرة أو فقدان البيانات أو الأرباح، ولا عن محتوى المستخدمين أو تصرفاتهم أو وكلاء الشحن، ولا تتجاوز مسؤوليتنا ما دفعته لنا خلال الأشهر الاثني عشر السابقة.
١٣. القانون الحاكم
تخضع هذه الشروط لقوانين Wyoming, USA، وتختص محاكمها بالنزاعات، دون المساس بأي حماية إلزامية يمنحك إياها قانون بلد إقامتك.
١٤. التعديلات
قد نعدّل هذه الشروط، وسنحدّث تاريخها ونبلغك بالتغييرات الجوهرية. استمرارك في الاستخدام بعدها موافقة عليها.

Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and Kigofi LLC (30 N Gould St #7354, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA), the operator of the Kabso Live app and the kabsolive.com website (the “Service”). By using the Service you accept them and our Privacy Policy.
1. Eligibility and your account
- You must be at least 18 years old.
- One account per person, with accurate information. You are responsible for keeping your password secret and for everything done with your account.
- You may not sell, transfer or rent your account or username.
2. The Service
The Service offers live audio and video broadcasts, posts, reels and stories, direct messages, gifts, families, the couple space, levels, tasks and events. We may add, change or stop features, and some are in beta.
3. Your content
Your content stays yours. You give us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, show, copy and distribute it within the Service and to promote the Service, for as long as it stays on the Service. You confirm that you have the right to everything you post.
4. Prohibited content and conduct
- Sexual content or nudity, and absolutely any content that exploits or endangers minors — we remove it at once and report it to the authorities.
- Graphic violence, terrorism or its glorification, weapons and drugs or their sale.
- Hate speech, harassment, bullying, threats, or encouraging self-harm.
- Impersonation, fraud, spam, get-rich-quick or gambling offers.
- Sharing other people's private information without consent, or infringing intellectual property.
- Buying or selling coins, accounts or special usernames outside official channels.
- Abusing our systems: malware, scraping, getting around usage limits, or exploiting bugs.
5. Moderation
You can report any content or person, and our team reviews reports. We may remove content, mute, remove people from lives, restrict features, and suspend or close accounts that break these terms or the law.
6. Coins and virtual items
- Coins, gifts, bag items, frames and special usernames are a limited, revocable licence to use features inside the Service only. They are not money, not legal tender, have no monetary value, are not property, and cannot be exchanged for cash.
- All top-ups are final and non-refundable, except where the law requires otherwise. A gift is final once sent.
- Lucky-gift outcomes are random, require you to confirm that you are 18 or older, and have no cash value.
- Prices and available items may change. Coins can only be transferred in the ways the Service offers.
7. Buying coins
Top up only through official channels: authorised recharge agents in the app, and the website or app stores once available. Buying from anyone else is at your own risk, and we may remove coins that come from an unlawful source.
8. Chargebacks and fraud
If a payment is reversed, charged back or found to be fraudulent, we may remove the coins it bought and anything obtained with them, reverse the gifts and earnings that came from them, freeze the balance, suspend the accounts involved, and claim the amounts owed.
9. Hosts, cherries and withdrawals
- Gifts a host receives are recorded as “cherries” at the rates shown in the app. Cherries are a record of potential earnings, not money, until a withdrawal is approved and paid.
- Minimum withdrawal, rate and schedule are shown in the app, and we may verify your identity. We may hold, refuse or reverse a withdrawal in case of fraud, a chargeback or a breach of these terms.
- Task-reward cherries may stay locked until the conditions shown are met. Taxes on your earnings are your responsibility.
- Agencies, their commissions and ranks follow the rules shown in the app.
10. Recharge agents
- A recharge agent is an independent party, not our employee or representative.
- Agents are accepted after an application and an identity check, buy coins at the published wholesale prices, sell them under the rules, and follow the law of their country.
- Misleading buyers or selling outside the app in our name is not allowed. We may suspend or end an agency. Agent codes and special usernames remain ours.
11. Ending your use
You can stop using the Service and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close your account for a breach, fraud, or a legal reason. When an account is closed for a breach, its coins, items and unpaid earnings may be forfeited, to the extent the law allows.
12. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect damages, lost data or profits, or for the content or conduct of users or recharge agents, and our liability is limited to what you paid us in the previous twelve months.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Wyoming, USA, and its courts have jurisdiction over disputes, without affecting any mandatory protection the law of your country of residence gives you.
14. Changes
We may change these terms. We will update the date and tell you about significant changes; continuing to use the Service afterwards means you accept them.
